The Man… The Music… The Legend... The rocking, rolling story of Buddy Holly’s meteoric rise to fame as the world’s top recording artist, from the moment in 1957 when That’ll Be the Day hit the airwaves, until his tragic death less than two years later on “The Day the Music Died”. The show features over 20 of Buddy Holly’s greatest hits, including Peggy Sue, Oh Boy, Everyday, Not Fade Away, and Raining In My Heart, plus Ritchie Valens’ La Bamba and The Big Bopper’s Chantilly Lace.

Performance Notes

PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN SATURDAY MATINEE - Our popular matinee program is back for 2018/19! Recommended donation $20.

There are two ways to access our PWYC Matinee: 1. SKIP THE QUEUE - At 12:01am, the day of the performance, any remaining seats will be available for sale online at kamloopslive.ca. Tickets start at $10, and proceed in $5 increments. Please pay as you are able.

2. IN PERSON - At 1:00pm, immediately prior to the performance, all remaining seats will be available for a pay-what-you-can donation. Subject to seating availability we will assign the best available seats at that time. Please note that we do hold back a limited number of seats to ensure availability. Cash only at the door.
