Kamloops Players is thrilled to announce “Sylvia” by A.R. Gurney as their 3rd annual "Spring into Comedy" production. This play will perform April 10 to 14, 2024 at the Pavilion Theatre promising an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Four local actors are currently in rehearsal for “Sylvia”. The cast is small, but the eccentric characters fill the stage; Greg, dealing with a mid-life crisis, finds a stray dog, Sylvia, in the park. He falls instantly in love and brings her home to his wife, Kate, who is less than impressed. A hilarious comedy ensues about how this couple deals with the changes Sylvia brings to their lives. Some strong language - viewer discretion is advised.

Kamloops Players Society (KPS) is a passionate community theatre group dedicated to providing exceptional theatre and fostering a love for the performing arts in Kamloops and the surrounding areas. The KPS team of talented volunteers work tirelessly to bring the magic of live theater to our community. They invite Kamloops for a night out full of laughs, questionable relationships, and unforgettable moments in "Sylvia".
